Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Powernapp platform and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using Powernapp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

Powernapp is offered to schools, and to students through their schools. Students may use the Services only with the permission of their school and a parent or guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of a school, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login details private and do not share your account.
• Make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date.
• Tell us at support@powernapp.in as soon as you think someone else has used your account.

Schools that create accounts for their students are responsible for managing those accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Copy, modify or redistribute any part of the Services without permission.
• Attempt to breach security, access another user’s account, or interfere with the system.
• Upload harmful content, including malware or abusive language.
• Engage in activity that disrupts learning or harms other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Powernapp content, branding, illustrations and software are owned by Powernapp Labs.

4.2 Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for educational use only.

4.3 Unauthorised commercial use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Schools and guardians may request access to, or deletion of, student accounts at any time.
